Facebook Ad Creative That’s Getting Results Right Now

With broad targeting the way to go now, you need your creative and copy to do the work to attract the right people within your audiences. 


So what creative is working right now? And how do you test it? 

Here’s a quick guide based on the success we’re seeing with our Webtopia clients…

What's working now in creative?

DABA (dynamic ads to broad audiences) - with customisations like frames.

Tik-tok style ad creative - creative that is social-first, with a home-made vibe

UGC (user generated content) and creator content - it's here to stay - but make sure it's authentic and ads value

Story-telling - founder stories can work here


We recommend trying all of these in your campaigns and seeing which ones stick with your audiences. 



So on to the next question… how do you test creative? 

If you have a lot of creative to test then we recommend having a test campaign just for creative. 

Do this by duplicating your best ad-set and test the new creative in rotation, graduating good creative into your main ad-sets.

If you don't have a lot to test, then simply rotate the new ads in with existing ad-sets that are performing well.

Remember - don't test new creative with a new audience! Only change one variable at a time so you can track your results accurately.

Creative has become the targeting in a world of broad audiences so make sure you have creative for different avatars and allow Facebook to find an audience for the different messages you put out.

Do the work and then trust the algorithm.
